Karen Sibal, principal, has an unparalleled reputation of offering clients outstanding quality and personalized service to match any budget. With over 19 years of experience in the public sector, Karen has in-depth, senior experience as a researcher and policy analyst in various government and public sector organizations. She has solid communications and business writing skills having worked as a communications specialist and consultant for many not-for-profit organizations and associations in the Greater Toronto Area. As a former board director with community-based organizations, Karen understands very well the unique governance challenges confronting the boards of organizations in today’s uncertain political and economic climate.

Karen has an M.A. in Public Policy and Administration and a specialized honours B.A. in Economics and Business. She is a current member of the Institute of Public Administration of Canada, Toronto Chapter. Karen is exceptionally dedicated to helping organizations in the child welfare, education, social services, multicultural and health care arenas so that they are better able to serve their clients, especially people who are at-risk and the most vulnerable members of our society.
